myPass Information

myPass is an Alberta Education secure self-service website that allows high school students to:

• Register to write or rewrite diploma exams with online payment.

• View diploma exam marks.

• View and print Detailed Academic Reports (DAR).

• View progress towards a high school credential (diploma or certificate).

• Order high school transcripts.

• Request diploma exam rescores.

• View or update student personal information.

• Order additional copies of an awarded credential.

• View and print letters of confirmation of name, age, and enrolment status.

• Provide third-party (including parents and guardians) access to student’s myPass account.

 This site is designed to enable high school students to view their educational information and much more.  Make sure you set up your myPass account today!

Sign-up Requirements

To sign up you will need to create an Education Account.  Current students can contact their school and former students can contact Alberta Education Student Records for assistance.  Grade 10 Studentrs will provide the school with their personal email address which will be added to your student record.  Once you have done that and with the following information below your account set up will then be simple:

• The student’s Alberta Student Number (ASN)

• The student’s date of birth

• A personal gmail address (do not use a school-assigned email address).
